Relocation Strategy Session Terms & Conditions

By booking and purchasing this Relocation Strategy Session, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure clarity, professionalism, and a smooth experience for both parties.

1. Session Overview

This Relocation Strategy Session is a 40-minute personalized consultation designed to provide tailored guidance for your international nursing career. It includes:

• A diagnostic questionnaire to identify your unique challenges.
• A customized relocation roadmap covering licensing, visas, and job applications.

This session is for informational and advisory purposes only. It does not guarantee job placement, visa approval, or specific outcomes.

2. Payment Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
• All payments are final and non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance will not be accommodated, and the session fee will be forfeited.

4. No-Show Policy

• If you fail to attend your session without prior notice, the session fee will be forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for no-shows.

5. Confidentiality

• All information shared during the session will remain confidential. Your personal details and any materials provided will not be shared with third parties.
• Similarly, the materials, strategies, and advice provided during the session are proprietary and for your personal use only. You agree not to share, distribute, or replicate any part of the session content without prior written consent.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• This session is designed to provide expert guidance based on years of experience in international nurse recruitment. However, it is your responsibility to verify and comply with the specific requirements of your destination country.
• The session does not constitute legal, financial, or immigration advice. You are encouraged to seek professional assistance where necessary.
• By booking this session, you agree that International Nurse Society is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the advice provided.

7. Time of Sessions

• Please note all sessions will be conducted during the UK business hours of 9am – 5pm GMT, Monday – Thursday. Sessions cannot be hosted outside of these hours. If you cannot attend any of the available sessions, please email [email protected] to request an alternative time
