Step 1: Book Your Session

Please note you must complete your Pre-Diagnostic Questionnaire at least 48 hours before the call. All sessions are scheduled during UK working hours and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any challenges booking your session please email [email protected]

Step 2: Complete Your Pre-Diagnostic Questionnaire

To ensure we can dive straight into creating your personalized roadmap, I need you to complete a short pre-diagnostic questionnaire. This helps me understand your unique situation, challenges, and goals ahead of time.

Please make sure to submit your responses at least 48 hours before your session. Without this, I won’t be able to prepare effectively, and we may need to reschedule.

Step 3: Prepare for Your Session

To get the most out of our call, please:

Find a quiet environment where you can focus without distractions.

Ensure you have a strong internet connection—this is crucial for a smooth session.

Bring any questions or concerns you’d like to discuss.

What Happens If There’s a Connection Issue or No-Show?

If your internet connection is poor and we’re unable to complete the session, we’ll reschedule once at no additional cost.

If you don’t show up for your session without prior notice, unfortunately, the session will be forfeited.

If something comes up and you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new time that works for both of us.
